All references to gold, silver, pearl etc. relate to colour and not the
actual material of which products are made.
Wedding Bitz operates a no quibbles refund policy if the goods are returned
within 14 days. If goods are returned in this time in their original condition,
the customer will receive a full refund. (This excludes personalised items
such as ring cushions which cannot be exchanged unless faulty)
Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, except when the wrong goods are
sent out by us.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return. It is
recommended that any returns are well packed and insured to cover damage or
loss.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles customers
to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to
cancel your order and return the goods you may do so but the goods must be
returned at your own expense in the condition you received them. They should be
returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. Upon
satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days. This
